| Rules.
- Use comparative adjectives + than: to compare two people /things.
-er:
- if have one syllable adjectives add er.
- e.g old + er -> older.
If adjectives ending in one vowel + one consonant, double consonant + er.
e.g. big + other consonant + er -> bigger.
-ier
- if have one or two syllable adjectives ending consonant + y, change for ier.
- e.g. healthy -> healthier.
Irregular
- There are cases where are irregulars.
- good - > better.
- bad -> worse.
- far -> futher.
