a/an (indefinite article)

• Use a /an with singular noun.
  
• Use an with a noun begining with a vowel (a, e, i, o, u)

The (definite article)

When finish in:
a book
a key
add s in the end for plural.

When finish in:
a watch
a box
add es after ch, sh, s, x.

When finsh in:
a country
a dictionary
add consonant + y > ies.
